Shenzhen Shi Shi Tong Metal Products Co., Ltd. specializes in custom screw engineering and manufacturing, with screw manufacturing roots dating to 1998. Our focus is Custom Fastener Engineering for Difficult Applications: Complex Geometry, Extra-Long, High Precision and Selected Special Materials.

Our core products include titanium screws, long and extra-long screws, and custom screws for difficult applications. Overall capabilities span M0.8–M16 diameters and 0.4–2000 mm lengths, with feasible combinations depending on material, diameter, geometry and process. Key materials include TA1/TA2/TC4 titanium, A286 (GH2132) and 321 stainless steel.

We support industrial OEMs through drawing review, manufacturability assessment, process development, tooling, prototype validation and stable production. Cold heading, multi-station forming, thread rolling and precision machining are selected according to the material and design. Our ISO 9001-certified quality system supports project-specific inspection, including dimensional checks, hardness, torque and in-house salt-spray testing.
