Our ISO 9001 quality management system covers the design and production of screws. Inspection requirements are agreed for each project and may include dimensions, threads, hardness, torque and salt-spray testing. Material documents and third-party testing can be arranged according to the product and order requirements. Test reports apply to their stated samples and scope.
Lead time depends on material availability, tooling, product complexity, quantity, surface treatment and inspection requirements. We confirm sample and production schedules after reviewing your drawing and order requirements. Please include your required delivery date with the inquiry.
Please check the goods upon receipt. If you find a dimensional, functional or shipping issue, contact us with the order number, affected quantity, photos and inspection results. We will investigate against the agreed drawing and acceptance criteria and agree on corrective action based on the findings and order terms.
