Screw Process

Material selection:

Generally speaking, SSTong screw manufacturers make screws from low to medium carbon steel wire rods.Sometimes they use cheap and durable materials such as brass, aluminum or nickel alloys.The quality of the material determines whether the screw is broken.The coating on the screw must be compatible with the material of the manufacturing screw.For example, steel screws should have zinc, nickel or chromium plated material.

Screw shank design:

For single-threaded screws, lead and asphalt have the same properties. The pitch on a two-wire screw is twice the pitch, and the pitch on the three wire is three times. Pitch refers to the measurement between two grooves at the same point on each thread, or the number of threads per inch. Screw manufacturers also need lead to measure the penetration distance of each screw speed.This is part of the screw process.

The screw manufacturer knows that it is suitable for small screws or screws and has a unique design. A device called a “mechanical coil” feeds a straight-through wire into a device called a “cold-head machine,” which cuts a wire into a certain length. This process also forms a screw on the screw. head. The blank of the screw enters the mold, called the head slot machine; this machine fixes the blank channel in a channel around the wheel of the head slot machine. A circular cutting device holds the screws together as the wheels rotate.This is important part of the screw process.

Threading:

The screw manufacturer uses one of three thread rolling techniques to cut the blank screw. A vibrating hopper punches the screws into the wire cutting die. This hopper presses the screw down one channel to death. This channel positions the blank of the screw so that the blank can be properly fed into the mold. One way is to turn the blank screw between fixed and reciprocating molds. The cylindrical technology without the center rolls between two or three molds, producing the finished thread of the screw. The planetary rotation method fixes the empty screw in a fixed manner because multiple calenders rotate around the empty screw. Compared to machine technology, these three thread rolling manufacturing methods create a better product because the process does not cut threads into spaces, but presses threads. Due to the loss of material, the machining process weakens the screw. The thread scroll method has a more precise thread position.
