So why do we need oxalic acid wire?

The advantages of over oxalic acid for the stainless steel round head screw wire are: one is that a layer of lubricant is formed on the surface of the wire so that the surface of the wire is not in direct contact with the mold, which protects the mold and prolongs the service life of the mold. The second is that the wire will change. Be softer and easier to do. However, the stainless steel wire over oxalic acid also has disadvantages, that is, it cannot be stored for too long and is easily oxidized. Therefore, during transportation, avoid packaging damage caused by collisions, which may cause oxalic acid to contact with air and become damp.

However, not all screws made of stainless steel wire need to be made of oxalic acid. The oxalic acid wire is generally used to produce screws with large deformation.

The surface of the stainless steel round head screws produced by oxalic acid is more difficult to clean and needs to be processed by a special cleaning plant. Otherwise, when you look at the appearance of the finished product, you will feel that the screw is a bit dirty and not good-looking.
