In the email, David wrote the thread diameter, length, step size, and head size of the hex socket screw. At the time of production, the general shape of the thread of the lathe is used first, and then the teeth are smashed, or the general shape of the screw is first opened to mold, and the tolerance is controlled by the lathe. Later, when we quoted David, we quoted him two kinds of prices, one is the price of opening the mold, and the other is the price of turning.

After receiving our offer, David said that they would consider which production method to use. Two days later, David gave us a new message saying that they were going to mold their socket head shoulder screws.
