Our engineers consider how the fastener fits, carries load, withstands repeated assembly and remains consistent in repeat production.
When a design presents a manufacturing or reliability risk, we discuss it openly and work with the customer on a practical improvement before volume production. If a part cannot be produced reliably under the proposed conditions, we explain the limitation rather than moving the risk into repeat orders.
