According to the dimensions provided by Mr. Yang, we can customize it, but before quoting, we need to know the specific size, quantity, material and surface requirements of this slotted round head screws that Mr. Yang needs to give a specific quotation. Mr. Yang said that he required the thread to be an M8*1 fine thread screw with a thread length of 45mm and a shank diameter of 7.8mm.

According to these dimensions, it is necessary to open the mold. Miss Song asked if it can be replaced with a small rod size, about 7mm, which will save a part of the cost, but Mr. Yang said that if they replaced the small rod, the assembly place would be Shake, so the size of the shank cannot be changed.

Later, Miss Song also confirmed with Mr. Yang the appearance of the slotted groove produced by cold heading, and asked Mr. Yang if this appearance was acceptable. And the long screw produced by cold heading will have a parting line of about 0.2mm under the head. Will this affect the assembly? If so, we can also add a process to remove the parting line.
