Generally speaking, few customers will require that the pass-and-stop gauge of machine screw threads can reach 6h after electroplating is completed. Why is it said that if the tolerance of the button torx screws thread is not controlled well, it may not meet the 6h pass and stop gauge required by the customer after electroplating. Because electroplating also has a coating thickness, which is generally 2-4μm. Some customers may also require higher coating thickness.
