Last week, Shi Shi Tong screw manufacturers received samples of stainless steel countersunk screws from Miss Liao of Zhejiang. Miss Liao said, let us give her the thread diameter and length of this sample.

On the basis of the original sample, Ms. Liao said that she would change the diameter of the head of the stainless steel countersunk screws to a size of max 7mm, which was originally 8mm. The groove type is changed to a cross groove. And the edge of the head is flat, the tail should be chamfered, and the salt spray test should reach 72 hours.

According to Ms. Liao’s current design of stainless steel countersunk screws, the cost will be higher than the sample that Ms. Liao is now delivering to us. After receiving our offer, Ms. Liao asked us to quote her a price of 30,000 pcs. Ms. Liao said that we can split the goods into two different places, one in Zhejiang and one in Australia.

Miss Liao’s request can be completed, and not only Ms. Liao’s request, we also have some customers who asked us to divide the screws into several batches to different addresses. After confirming that we can do this, Miss Liao asked us to make a contract for her, and she will pay according to the contract.
